Ingredients 

Cheese

  • 1 sliced cheese party tray
  • 1 package Honey Truffle Goat Cheese
  • 1 wedge Triple Cream Brie

Meat

  • 1 package rosemary ham
  • 1 package sliced applewood smoked salami
  • 1 package uncured sliced pepperoni

Dips and Spread

  • 1 jar aoli garlic mustard
  • 1 tub caramelized onion dip
  • 1 jar fig butter
  • 1 jar tart cherry fruit spread

Crackers and Bread

  • 1 box cracker assortment
  • 1 box pita bite crackers
  • 1 box fig and olive crisps
  • 1 box raisin and rosemary crisps
  • 1 box cheddar cheese sticks

Accompaniments

  • 1 can black olives drained
  • 1 package everything bagel seasoned nuts
  • grapes trimmed into small bunches
  • figs halved
  • golden berries (or cherry tomatoes)

Instructions

  • Clean a large wooden board or slate and set out all of your ingredients.
  • Arrange the cheeses on the board with space between each variety. Nestle in small bowls, jars or ramekins for your jams and spreads.
  • Fan sliced salami and pepperoni around cheeses. Arrange ham in ribbons and rolls on the board. Place meat with space between each variety.
  • Fan crackers around meat and cheese, or place in small piles around the board. Nestle in bunches of cheese sticks.
  • Add small bunches of grapes, fig halves, olives, nuts, and golden berries (or cherry tomatoes) to fill in the gaps. Just before serving, fill bowls with dips and spreads, and set out cheese knives and small spoons for serving.
